Activities in and around Bristol/South West

Hi All, thinking of arranging day hikes, weekends away over the Summer period, up to end of September at least, in the South West, within an hour or so drive radius of Bristol. Any members in this area who'd be interested should I put my 'thinking cap' on? If so, what are your preferences i.e. day or weekend? Any other ideas are welcome.

Any day walks 40 miles / 1 hour from Westbury Wilts , further for a weekend away.

I would definitely be interested. Karl is usually in Bath midweek so that might work best for us.
