New member - photo question!
Apologies if this question has been asked and answered before, but I'm new! Would love to be able to include a profile photo, but it always comes out as just a black square. Any idea how to fix this please? I notice quite a few other members have had the same problem, just from looking through some profiles. Any help much appreciated, thanks!

Hi DAVJW: Yes, sorry about that, there was a bug affecting photo uploads and edits for some new members, but that's now been fixed. 😊
There are still a few members without photos, but in most cases that's simply because they haven't uploaded one yet. Or if anyone reading this needs help uploading - feel free to reach out.

I can see your photo is showing correctly now 😊. There was indeed a bug affecting some new profile photos recently, but thankfully we've now got that fixed.
A big thanks to you, Jo and everyone else who flagged it to us - it really helped us track down the issue and resolve it quickly.

The photo issue has been fixed now. I had the same problem and emailed admin. All working fine now

Hi Carole, I was wondering the same thing, why so many new profiles have been black out, I would trying sending a message to Admin.
